So, as vegans, Pete and I like the idea of sharing some of the awesome, yummy recipes we find here on our blog. I have been looking for super cheap goodies we can make and eat as pretty much every penny we now make goes to our travel fund. It’s really quite amazing what you can do with so little. I found these really cheap and really simple oat and banana cookies which just happen to be really healthy too.
The recipe literally only uses three ingredients. 2 really ripe bananas, 1 cup of dried oats and a little cinnamon. That’s it, unless you want to be adventurous and add some coco chips or nuts, but then you will spend slightly more. All you do is set your oven for 180 degrees celsius, mash up your bananas with oats, and sprinkle some cinnamon, then place them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Vwala! They are done and you are ready to cookie monster down. I found this delightful little recipe of love and goodness here: http://www.recipebyphoto.com/2-ingredient-cookies/
